havent posted my updates in a while

- changed level up system to 1 level per tier as opposed to 1 level per zone

- changed old level up tasks to give different rewards
- finished loot in tutb! yay
- first T2 zone is 90% complete, just awaiting loot
- upped aa xp by 5% and group xp by .80%

2nd T2 zone is in the works, expect it up in less then a week.
3rd T2 zone is conceptional idea at this time and will be quest based.
ETA for both to be finished to a basic level is one week +/- time diverted to other tasks that require work.
